Communication was great! Everyone was easy to work with and very friendly! The signs were all made on time and they even accomodated some last minute changes.

Hello, I went to the office at 2028s Michigan Av on April 10, and the person who answered the intercom I think needs more customer service training, they never invited me in, they just told me I should write on the website.
I wrote the email, just to know the quote, which I never approved, I didn't even respond to the emails and without my authorization the labels were printed. I could have refused to receive and pay them because you never obtained authorization from me, but due to education and the values of our company we received them and have paid them.
I also had to pay $35 for shipping 4 blocks to the McCormick Center where I had to go out to the street to get them from the car, to collaborate with the person who delivered them.
I think you should review your customer service protocols to provide better service to build customer loyalty in the future.

Working with Kevin& Brett on my rollup banner was perfect combination. From design to cost and most importantly communication they were great to work with.
Quick response, friendly, accurate and had the project done before deadline.
The size of my sign is not what I expected. I had requested a “yard sale” style sign which I expected to be 18x24”. What I got was a 24x36” sign. When I looked back through my email exchanges I didn’t see that dimensions were ever mentioned so I take that as my fault. No one will miss my son’s graduation sign.
