Every person we spoke to was very knowledgeable and professional. And on top of that they were super friendly and easy to talk with and very responsive with their emails answering questions.

One suggestion though…
Never having bought an emblem for my wall before, I wish someone would have told me to check the wall for blemishes or anything that might keep the emblem from laying flat. I would have 100% sanded the small area before y’all came. Maybe I should have thought ahead but honestly it was nowhere in my radar. Maybe just let customers know before you come to put it up.
