Had to scan pre-paid QR code and attendant helped me with that plus directed me to closest spot and then directed shuttle to me. I'm 79 so anyone that makes my travel experience easier is really appreciated.

First time I had ever used your service since I normally park in the attached airport parking. The pick-up from our car and the return to our car could not have been better, You folks were great and kind. The carwash was a bit tricky since you needed to get to an exact spot to get it to work. I had to run threw a 2nd time to find the exact spot.
