So fast on picking up us to get to airport and coming back to our parked car there! Will use you again

When we pulled up to the site there was an attendant waiting for us. In fact because we got there at the time we expected to he called me by name when we opened our window. Once parked( we chose covered) the attendant grabbed our bags from our vehicle and put them in the shuttle and waited while we got our act together.
On the return I sent the text( love this idea) asking to be picked up and again the attendant was already there waiting for us as we stated what time we’d be arriving.
I had lost my stub while on vacation and they printed a new one to let us out without issue.
We fly out of Minneapolis because of the savings on airfare so this will probably be the go to for us for our parking needs.
I would definitely recommend this group

Lot is clearly labeled, easy process to get into the lot and to exit, bus picked us up right at our parking spot and dropped us off at our spot too. While exiting, the tenant gave us water!!

I've used the long term parking at MSP for years and thought I would give Park N Fly an opportunity this year since they are right across from my hotel and I was going to be gone for two weeks, making the cost savings substantial. The service was fantastic. It took 10 minutes to get from the lot to the terminal and about 15 to get back from the airport. It was so much quicker and less hassle than using long term parking. I regret not using them sooner. Thumbs up.

The service was great from beginning to end. We left for a whole week and our car was kept indoors and safe. We had the same driver as we left and as we returned. Friendly and helpful, he recognized us when we came back. He insisted on carrying our luggage. The whole experience was positive and satisfying.
