convenient and timely. only problem was I was dropped off at Southwest when I was flying Hawaiian. Had to walk back to OAK main terminal.

Safe secure lot. The shuttle drivers were great. They were safe and courteous and took us right to the correct spot at the terminal and took us right back to our car. Impressive service. Will definitely use them again

The online reservation process is easy and makes the check-in process quick. Each time we park here, as soon as we are unloading our car, the van comes by to pick us up and take us to the airport. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. When returning home, even late at night, the process is easy and the van arrives quickly to pick us up.
