Great deal and location for parking for Midway; however, the customer service left a lot to be desired.

The automatic checking machine didn't work so the not so pleasant woman in the both had to assist. She then told me to drive past several open parking spaces to park around the corner in the back of the lot.

The driver insisted on taking our bags off the bus. Many of the passengers were bothered by that because we needed to get to our flight. He saw how disgusted we were and tossed our bags towards us...completely unprofessional.

Pay your bus drivers more so they don't have to treat paying customers like this all because they expect a tip for taking our bags off the bus.

The ease of getting a shuttle after self-parking and the convenience of valet if I choose. Employees are great and as soon as you park you are either greeted by the shuttle to immediately take you to the airport or an employee who guides you to a shuttle. I didn’t purchase valet but when I got to the parking lot self-park lot was full. This didn’t impede any services as they took care of me and my car. Getting picked up from the airport is easy too

When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, the lot was extremely busy so we were upgraded to 'valet' service. We were able to drop our car and grab the shuttle, which did run quickly. Upon return, the shuttle was waiting at the airport and we got back to the lot quickly, at which point our car was brought around in under one minute. Very good service overall!

Easy process. Immediately available to take to us to the airport and there was a bus sitting and ready when we returned from our trip.

Buses to terminal are always prompt. Drivers are very helpful with luggage.

Very straightforward. Shuttle drivers very courteous and informative. Check in and check out was simple. Felt like care was in a secure lot. We used covered parking.

Getting to the airport is easy and knowing you have a parking space is nice. Getting from terminal to car it's a little more challenging, but works.

Although I could not log onto my phone to scan my confirmation and lost my receipt attendant was very understanding and took the time to reprint ticket to allow to continue on free of charge as I am a BCD travel employee.

This past trip was very good. The previous time that I parked there, several drivers did not come to the covered area to pick up travelers. We had to walk up to valet. That was unacceptable.
