Great concept of driving your car into a facility and the shuttle is there to wish you off to the airport without delay and vice versa when you return. The only negative thing was that the shuttle driver when exiting off the highway to bring us back to the facility to pick up our car nearly had a very serious accident putting a full bus load of passengers at risk. While exiting there was a car that slowed down because he didn’t mean to get off at that exit but instead of passing him cautiously he sped up as he was merging to center of lane. He narrowly missed him at a high speed. Everyone was rattled.

Quick, easy, efficient and excellent customer service. I love that you pick me up at my car and drop me off at my car. Every driver has been polite, professional and kind. The associates in the booth are cheerful and helpful.

Last time I parked in the Economy Lot at Midway, I nearly missed my flight because I had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to come. Park N Fly runs like a well-oiled machine. I wish you would take over Midway Airport. They could certainly use your help in improving their operations!
