It's easy to schedule the parking.

However, I am disappointed in the service the last two times I have parked at your Cleveland, Ohio lot. Both times the Express Lane has been closed, and the wait time to get out can be longer than usual. As I was leaving this last time, after about a 4-minute wait behind two cars, I asked the attendant why the Express Lane was closed. She said it was for safety reasons as it was after Midnight. While I certainly understand this, I wonder if there is another option for loyal members who pre-pay and would like to leave more quickly.

I like it's more reasonable than parking at the airport plus the convenience of having a pickup almost always waiting by the time we've located our luggage. We won't park anywhere else when heading to Midway.
