It was so convenient to the airport. I booked it on-line which made the arrival at Park N Fly so easy. The tram picked me and my luggage up right in front of my car. Got me to the airport easily and unloaded my luggage. Coming back from our trip was so easy also. The driver's load and unload all your luggage and they are so nice and friendly.

I used the valet covered option when I booked online. I loved it when they picked me up at airport and we came into park n fly lot they had my car ready. It was parked and running with AC on. The technician met me when I got off shuttle and took my luggage to my car. He gave me a bottle of cold water and he was very courteous. That is why I always come here.

I haven’t flown in a really long time. The instructions provided by Park ‘N Fly were very easy to follow. We parked using the valet service and it was wonderful, our car was waiting for us when we arrived back to the location and we were out of the facility in less than 5 minutes. Exceeded my expectations!

Convenient. I can make reservations and never worry about where I’ll have to park. The staff is always helpful and kind especially when you’re exhausted after traveling.

Convenient pickups and drop offs, friendly service from gate attendants to drivers. Big shout out to driver Carmine who handled our luggage, including golf clubs with care! Also love the new app.

Each member of your team was friendly and helpful. My waiting time was brief heading in both directions and the facility was extremely clean. I also appreciated the refreshments available in the waiting area...nice touch!

Quick and easy service

The service was prompt. As soon as we pulled in, a shuttle was there ready to pick us up. When we came back, i contacted for a pickup and as soon as we got to the shuttle area, there was a shuttle there. This is a complete 180 from what we experienced back in February. We love using PNF.
