Honestly, the staff is the only reason I gave a 9. The staff was amazing and very helpful. You should advertise on your website that the parking lot is under construction and double parking is happening. You had the nicest staff that convinced me to stay at Park n Fly instead of going next door!

I didnt have to wait long for a shuttle going to or from the airport. Customer service was helpful and offered water. Much easier than trying to park in the airport.

It was easy parking the car, the bus attendant was very eager to help me with the bags and the shuttle ride was roomy and comfortable with A/C. I also liked that the car was ready on ride back to the facility from the airport.

This was the first shuttle service I have used at an airport and it was extremely convenient. I really appreciated that the bus was at our car the second we parked, and was waiting at the airport to pick us up. Will definitely use again, especially since it's cheaper than airport parking.
