I liked prepaying for my stay and getting the QR code that I needed for entry and exiting. The whole operation was very efficient with the attendant assigning an available row, advising them through the app that I had arrived for pickup. Good use of technology.

We've had excellent service at Park 'N Fly Oakland. There is always someone to direct us to the area the shuttle bus will be and the drivers are very courteous.

I liked the service the only issue is that it is quite difficult to go from the 1 floor to the second floor to catch the shuttle service if it is the 1 time at the airport. It should also be explicit that the shuttle will only pick you up from departures gate 5 down because for a first timer catching the shuttle will be an issue. Your employees were good to me. you should pay one person to be sitting by the phone to answer questions and manage logistics only.

Easy to book online! Friendly staff, especially the drivers. Always willing to help with luggage. I love the way the shuttle comes right to your vehicle to pick you up, and drops you off there also.

Your service is convenient to the airport and was timely. However, due to changes in Terminal 1, it would have been a good idea to stress that we would be picked up at the "Silver" shuttle area. The Prospect wheelchair person was not aware of the different shuttle areas and took us to the wrong one. If it had not been for two different gentlemen who got us and luggage down to tPhe correct shuttle area and into and out of the tram, we would not have made it. However, the ark N Go shuttle driver waited for us for which we were very grateful at 10 pm.

Making the reservation online was straight-forward. Finding and using the facility was easy. After a week's time, I came back to my car where I left it!
