I could reserve a space online for the day I would fly and pay for it. This removed some of the anxiety about flying.
It is easy to book online. The process when checking in is smooth and parking is great.
The pick up at the airport is smooth as well. Once we have our luggage, there has been a shuttle there within 10 minutes. The pick up area outside baggage claim works great!!
Drivers are great too! Polite, helpful and careful.

The people who help direct parking or drive the buses have always been very friendly and helpful. I may have had one or two people who might have been having a bad day but most of the time very friendly.

Pickup & dropoff at car
It is user friendly. Just go on line and book it for how many days your going to leave your vehicle with them. Print out your invoice. You can choose covered or uncovered parking. They bill your c.c. on line and they will be expecting you at the date and time you chose. When you show up a shuttle bus will follow you. You pick how far or close to the entrance that is available. The shuttle will drop you off at which ever terminal your leaving from. Now. When your returning. You will need to call park and fly when your plane lands. Give them info and terminal name and be at the lower parking lot. Ground floor. They will meet you there and take you to your car.
