We have used Park n Fly for many years. They are a reliable and convenient way to park near the airport. Unfortunately the last two times we parked there we asked for a bottle of water on exiting the facility and were told they don’t have any!
We always appreciated the water as it’s really hot in Houston and it appears they no longer hand out a bottle of water to exiting customers!

quick trip to/from the airport. i can't remember the guy's name on my return to the parking lot. it was on sept 17th, around 9pm. nice guy who was very helpful and friendly to everyone!
