The drivers have always been super nice, they're open at all hours and are quick to pick us up in the lot and at the airport.

Upon exit, the lady who helped me was fantastic. Initially my reservation was not scanning at entry, but the lady was able to quickly and easily help me out at exit.
Just for the fact of her assistance would make me want to come back in my next trip.
However, on the flip side, I (and other customers) had to wait for over 15 minutes to pick us up at the parking ramp. It was the longest time I have ever experienced at the covered ramp.
So far all of the drivers have been very helpful and professional. I love their happy attitude! I am a relatively new Park n' Fly customer. My daughter recommended that I give you a try since the parking situation at the airport is in flux until the new decks are completed. I have been parking at Park n' Ride for over 35 years. I LOVE Park n' Fly!! What a difference! My only concern was trying to find a space last week. I drove around a bit before one opened up. I have already made a reservation for the week of October 5th. Your team is doing a great job!

Fast in and out service and convenience to the Oakland (OAK) airport facility. Hardly ever a wait for the PNF pickup vehicle.
The shuttle service to the airport is prompt. There is always a shuttle waiting at the airport to take you back to your car. They drop you off right at your car. The employees are very friendly and helpful.
