The bus driver was wonderful this week and I love the ability to make a reservation and have a code sent to my phone. Makes traveling easier.

Safe, fast, reliable, convenient.....overall great service. The shuttle arrives within seconds. The moment you enter the parking lot the shuttle is already there to pick you up. The drivers are very friendly and professional ......always assist with handling your luggage. I travel frequently, usually every few weeks, leving my car for 7 - 20 nights, and I will never go back to ATL Economy.

As senior citizens, we appreciate the safety and security of the facility, and until recently, the courteous help we always received with our luggage. But there is a new driver at the Miami Airport facility, a senior African American man on duty mornings, who was a very reckless driver in our opinion, and was rude to us, complaining about having to help with luggage. And we tipped him very generously in spite of this, and he just looked at the tip.
