Parking and pick up was great and easily accessible. However I was billed before I left and when I picked up I was billed again. I sent an email requesting a refund 3 days ago and still have not heard back.

I love the convenience and that I never have to wait for the shuttle. The shuttle driver is always helpful and pleasant and I feel safe in their care. The payment process is easy employee’s are helpful.
