Customer Testimonials
Very easy process from start to finish
Car wash was a good perk.
The people are courteous and easy to talk to and we get to the parking lot safely. Our cars are safe and not broken into while away.
First time using this service and was astounded how easy it was!
It was easy in and easy out....my car was warmed up and ready to go after being picked up at the airport.I walked off the bus, into my car and on way.. Our driver both ways were friendly and courteous..I would definitely book them again when traveling...
you guys are the best thank you for your excellent customer service
Everything goes smoothly. I used to use Winner Parking. One thing I really liked about them was the White Give service were they would drive me from their lot to my departure Terminal in my car and upon return would pick me up at the airport in my car. I would really like to see Park 'N Fly implement a similar premium service.
Greatly improved from 6 months ago. Less waiting. Friendly drivers.
People great..top service.
The rates are incredible and the timeliness of pick up and drop off are great!

Easy
Prompt check in and ride to airport. Same for arrival post trip. Friendly staff
Always an easy check in and check out process. And the shuttle was right behind us when we parked, as usual. I recommend this facility to everyone I know who is flying!
Great service, easy to reserve a spot, convenient location and friendly staff, makes using Oakland International easy.
Wish you would open a location in Sacramento.
The cost is good. It is very quick service when you get there and my car is always ready when I arrive back from trip.
The process is very easy, quick and smooth. We have used park n fly over several years and have always had great service. The staff is helpful and friendly. Wait times for the bus are less than 15 minutes and usually much less. I feel like my car is in a secure place so I worry less when I am travelling.
Very quick and very friendly
The app and quick pickup
Stopped using your service due to poor service after you reopened after COVID. Decided to give you another try. Was very pleased.
It’s efficient, convenient and cost effective. In addition, the drivers are helpful and friendly.
Quick pick up, very kind and helpful staff. Did all the loading and unloading of luggage to their vehicle
Efficient and on time pick-up
Quick and efficient
VERY convenient! I would much rather park with PNF than parking at the airport - less traffic, great shuttle services, economical, and overall great workflow experience from the point of purchase to the final parking lot departure after my return trip. I highly recommend PNF!
Always happy with the drivers, customer service staff, promptness of pick ups, etc. Will continue to be a frequent parker. Thx!
There was a shuttle waiting to bring us to the airport and they were waiting for us when our plane landed. Our car was waiting for us with the keys in it and the trunk was opened!! Thank you for the wonderful service.
Secure parking, reservation guarantee, convenience, courteous drivers, and reasonable price opportunities. I will not park anywhere else.
Very efficient service!
Very friendly staff. Prompt service! Love how close it is to Terminal 2 in Minneapolis.
Always had great experiences with Park N Fly. Shuttles pick us up right away and the drivers are friendly and helpful. The cashier at the exit offered us all bottled water which was so nice! Everything was speedy and easy. Thank you.
