Your service is very quick and dependable. I used your texting service this time and it was quick and efficient as well. I do have one slightly negative point this time. On my way out, the right lane of two exit lanes was closed and had a sign instructing to use the lane on the left by the booth, so I did, When I pulled in, the lady working that night (November 1st, around 11:25 pm) stood there staring at me and saying "Can I help you?" I thought it was fairly obvious that I was about to leave. (I had my printed pass in my my left hand, which I thought would have been visible to her) I said "I'm trying to leave", and she then took my pass and scanned it to let me through. I don't recall there being a scanning device outside of the booth either. Very odd experience. It's like, do you have some other purpose for your entrance and exit booth, other than letting people enter and exit? Is there some sort of "break" or "shut down" time? Is anyone reading this?

It would be nice if all drivers would get your bags on and off the bus. A very nice lady did that for me going to the airport. I wish I knew her name. The man that picked me up from the airport didn’t lift a finger but expected a tip.

Shuttle service, car ready when return, have car washed and detailed if you want to. Best is that it costs less than airport. It has enabled me to drive from VT for a nonstop flight.

Everything is perfect, from the check in to the pickup, to the drop off. And when we return there is always a shuttle waiting to take us back. Also the drivers are super courteous and always load our luggage. We couldn’t ask for more!!!!

Valet parking. Years ago I parked at the airport for a 10 day business trip. I came back with the flu and couldn't find my car for more than 30 minutes, walking from parking deck to parking deck with a 104 degree fever. Then I found Park n Fly Plus with valet service. I've never used another option for the airport since. The only reason I give a 9 instead of a 10 is that Park n Fly Plus no longer shuttles to the international terminal, so I have to pay a crazy amount to hire a car service when I'm flying internationally.
