I have been using this shuttle service for many years. You do things right and it shows. I recently came back from a trip and had the pleasure of Rinh driving the shuttle. He notice my back was bothering me and offered to put the bags in my car. I was relieved that he did that knowing it would be difficult for me to do with my throw out back. Thanks to all the staff @ P n F to make it my 'go to' place to leave my car.

Quick and convenient and always friendly!

I use Park N Fly because it's so convenient and trustworthy to just get me to my gate. I've parked at the airport before and when my return flight lands at a different terminal it's frustrating to get to my car. I prefer the convenience.

On this past trip "Big Daddy" was our driver and I have NEVER had the welcome from a bus driver before him. I was with my mom and two aunts as the chaperone. He had us all laughing and it was just fantastic! I don't know how he's so chipper that early in the morning but we all appreciated his service with a laugh.

My only complaint is the wait time I've had returning. I text my gate and sometimes I've waited 30 mins.

Ease of dropping off car and getting ride to the airport. Ease at having the return trip to the Park N Fly lot. Very courteous and helpful staff. Have always had a good experience!

The shuttle was there waiting for us to park and give us a ride to the terminal!! Very quick on our return to take us back to our vehicle!! Fast and efficient!

Getting better almost to before. Be nice if the checkout people were friendly like the drivers.

Generally speaking, your services are top notch. Some of the drivers, a small percentage, drive too fast and don't help with luggage. Others will do anything and everything to help, even load the bags in the vehicle. All-in-all, great job.

Quick, efficient, friendly, love that the vehicle is ready to go !!
