I appreciated the driver followed me to my car upon entry and that the driver who picked me up at Oakland was very friendly and helped me with my suitcase. I liked that when I called I was sent an email confirming that driver had been dispatched for pick up. I believe my drivers were wearing masks but I'm not certain. IF they were, that is much appreciated.

The drivers are so polite and helpful and the people at the window when you pay are also wonderful!

For the first time EVER the bus was sitting there awaiting my arrival as I walked towards the shuttle pick up area. Usually I have to call, and call, and call and then wait a long time. Many times at night. Finally - that was not the case. Park n Fly knows which time a prepaid passenger is ready to go to their car(s) so they should always be present by making routine pass throughs so that it's clients never having to make such calls. Safety is essential - so please continue to pass through the shuttle pick up areas routinely. We value your assistance in getting us back to our vehicles.

Park 'n Fly was really easy to book. Great location near the airport. Friendly and helpful shuttle drivers. Easy to return to the lot as well. I would recommend anyone to give them a shot. Reasonably priced as well. I will definitely use them whenever I fly out of Oakland.

The park and fly bus came immediately after we came out to wait with our luggage, the driver who helped us with our bags drove off immediately to the park & Fly Lot!!!
