Customer Testimonials
Easy check in & out. Shuttle drivers are very helpful. Car warmed up when we get there.
Having always parked at the Bradley-run lots, it was a whole new experience to use Park 'N' Fly!
Good price, super easy.
The price, easy in and out and the friendly staff. So just keep on doing what you do.
Prompt pick up. Car wash.
Walked right out at 12:30am and the shuttle was there and waiting. Dropped at car and waited until I was in and the car started. Excellent service. Thank you
Paid up front for a three day trip then got sick and wound up in the hospital out of state. Of all the nightmare details, Park n Fly was responsive and gave me peace of mind physically and financially about how to best handle my car. Thanks to Alice, for representing your company so we’ll!
Quick drop off and pick up--organized and timely experience.
Friendly staff!
Reliable and prompt
Drop off and pick up service very timely. Drivers are always professional.
Service is always great, consistent & friendly. Love the loyalty program.
BUT please reinstate service to the International Terminal.
The busses seem to always be there when we are leaving and when we are coming home.
This was one of the best airport parking experiences I have ever had! The shuttle was quick to come to our car, the driver was friendly and the airport is close so only had to ride about 5 minutes. Pick up at the airport was also quick and easy. Shuttle was there when we came out of the terminal and driver was efficient getting everyone off at their car. AND the price was the same or close to the other lots that are further away. I will definitely use for all of my domestic flying from now on.
Convenient and reliable service. The app makes the reservation and payment simple!
easy in and out. Key is to have pick up at the airport in abundance. If you do that well, everyone is happy. If not, people will move to another service. As you know, few want to wait for a transport after a long trip.
Easy access via I20 and Herschel Road
Quick and convenient

This was by far the best experience I have had leaving my car at an airport for a trip. The ease and convenience is absolutely amazing. I will definitely use the service every time I fly.
Everything went smoothly, the drivers were super polite and we didn't have to wait for the shuttle neither to or from the airport. Great job!
