Prompt

Convient, timely, very nice staff!

The service was great

We were happy with the very efficient service, fair prices and the friendly people who take you to and from the terminal.
Our driver was especially kind.
Not only did he take the luggage off the shuttle but he rolled it over to the car and put it in the back of our car.
We were so thankful.
We will definitely recommend park N fly.

We had a dead battery a few years ago and your staff came to our rescue and started the car.

Easy to book, check-in and park. The pickup was so smooth and the shuttle brought me right back to my car. It was safe, secure and incredibly easy. Thank you!

Personnel are always very friendly!

the mobile app is much more user friendly and I haven't had an instance of needing to wait too long for a bus to or from the airport. keep it up.

I love the pickup right at the car and fast pickup in baggage claim...great service

Fast friendly service, your rep Carmine at the midway park was truly professional and showed pride in his work, employees such as this are an asset to your organization, keep up the good work

The drivers who picked me up from the lot and back on my return trip were very professional and courteous. I even tried to tip Joe my dirver and he declined with a smile.

Both drivers and the gatekeeper where available and waiting to serve.

Thanks so much for making it easy

Picked up and dropped off at vehicle

Very convenient, easy access and quick pick up/drop off times.

Wished I did this service years ago.

Better service this time around. Quick and friendly pickup for both departing and arriving back.

Easy to use app and facility.

Each time I've used the service I've prepaid, entered the ramp easily and found a parking space. The shuttle was waiting for us the first time, and the second a quick call to advise them I was parked and ready was all it took and we were on the shuttle in less than 2 minutes. Upon return a shuttle was waiting at MSP and we were taken directly back to our car to load up and exit by confirming out original payment at the exit.

An excellent place to park your vehicle and not have to worry about it

We liked the price and convenience.
However, our car was moved for a construction project. (Oakland)
We were not notified.
We spent considerable time at 1am riding around with the driver trying to locate it.
The driver and people at the pay station said cars are never moved and did not know anything about it.
Obviously this was concerning.
It would have been useful to receive an email or text notification about this including the new location.

Promptness and Efficiency

Everything was great and went smoothly. We look forward to using them again in the future.

It was my first time using any park and fly. I didn't know what to expect and very nervous. Every one couldn't be nicer and accommodating. It made my trip so much more enjoyable. When i arrived at MSP I didn't even wait 5 minutes for the shuttle. When we arrived at the lot my car was waiting for me. I definitely will use Park and Fly again. Many thanks to all of the staff.

Easy to setup reservation. Convenient for me and parking in covered area.

Easy transportation to and from the airport.

The shuttle is so great! Picks you up right by your car, & drops you off right there when you get back.

Ease of checkin and checkout through the app is great. The one thing I wish you had that others do is a locating service to see where nearby shuttles are located.

Great on the spot service, very helpful and friendly!

There was a little longer wait than I anticfipated but overall it was an efficient experience.
