Easy to book, park and get to airport. Staff very friendly.

Professionals, friendly staff, right on time, clean shuttle.

Always friendly. Easy to park

Friendly people. Helpful drivers. Prompt busses both to pick you up when dropping off car and also picking up car. Reasonable prices. Covered parking availability (though you competitor has better covered parking. All in all I like Park 'N Fly Houston.

Parking lot is secure and seems safe and well monitored. The shuttle bus drivers are extremely polite and helpful and the shuttle runs frequently, which is great. Overall, a terrific deal!

first, staff was very nice. I was disappointed to learn that you no longer had shuttle service to the international terminal. Taking the Airport shuttle to the domestic terminal with all your luggage and after a long day of travel was less than appealing. But again, you shuttle drivers were very nice and this in no way reflects on them, probably the result of current staffing challenges.

The drivers!

Our first driver was just too easy going. Not in a hurry to get us to the airport. 3 buses floating around again at such a slow pace. We were right in front of him & he ignored us & went down a lane instead. Our return driver was excellent. On the ball & getting us back quickly. Also, finding our cars & calling them out. He does his job well. Deserves a raise for being so attentive.

Very easy to get in/out with QR code, van was at my car as soon as I pulled my bag out of the trunk. Very easy to find at ground transport.

prompt friendly service and driver

They picked us up from our car promptly when we arrived to park. They had an organized system to make reservations and to return us to our car.

Always fast, friendly service. All of the drivers are great!! Quick access to the airport with front door drop off. Love it!

Everything was great.

Very easy and convenient

Convenient- friendly and fast, everything I want when traveling

Prompt shuttle service and great price!

VERY prompt and accommodating. Nothing negative at all to say.

I have used Park N Fly for many years. This time as we parked our car next to the building (directed by the front gate as the lot was full), a man with a basket of papers walked up to us and said to give him our car keys as he will need to move our car the next day for work on the building. He did not identify himself, he did explain after I questioned why, I reluctantly gave him my car keys. I knew this was not a standard practice. He gave me a card with a number, but nothing that stated this situation (like a letter) and the card didn't even have a Park N Fly logo, information to call, nothing. Even though the area is fenced and I know there usually are not outside people walking around, I found this to be unprofessional. At the very least he should have a letter on company letterhead explaining the situation, a business card, or something.

It was cost effective and very convenient. The shuttle pulled up behind me even before we were able to unpack the car. The price for long term parking was much better than typical airport parking. They dropped up off at the correct location and we texted when we needed picked up. I will use Park-N-Fly from now on!

The services is perfect, love it.

Proximity to Airport and speed of transfers to and from. Help with luggage in and out of my car and the shuttle bus. On our return the car was parked right beside where the bus stopped in the facility.

Only criticism is the over crowding in the shuttle bus.

Very easy and convenient. Love the self service; makes things super quick. Kiki was great!!
