Pick up and drop off was awesome!!! Easy to text and get my car!! Driver helped with bags!!
However I could not figure out how to scan my receipt on the way out…. Either have a person there…. Or switch to cardboard cards or something. My thin receipt was blowing in the wind and would not scan. Someone ran over and helped me.

What do you like about our services?

Park 'N Fly is an extremely easy service to use. I went with the valet option and they had my car warm and ready for me when I came home from Florida which was extremely appreciated. Everyone from the front desk to the shuttle driver was extremely friendly and made the entire process seamless. Thank you!

What do you like about our services?

I love the fact that the van follows you as you park your car, and the drivers always help with the luggage. There is always a van waiting at the airport to pick you up. It’s very convenient!

There’s been no waiting for the shuttle. The driver pulled up right after we parked our vehicle and helped us load our bags, and we were at the doors of the airport in less than 10 minutes. Upon our return, there was no waiting for a shuttle.
