Customer Testimonials
We use Valet parking and love the convenience.
Great price, friendly customer service, friendly buss drivers.
I s a safe place to leave your vehicle. The shuttle from and to the airport is running very often.
Good
Easy fast pick up
Convenient
Extremely convenient :
Your service is great and all the people are always very polite and friendly.
Always on time vehicle is safe
I use this lot often and every time I feel like the drivers are genuinely interested in finding everyone efficiently and getting us to the terminal. I've hardly ever waited long at my car for a pickup, and more often have a shuttle pulling up as I'm getting out of my car. I rarely have waited more than 5 minutes at the terminal on a shuttle back. Being so close to the terminal is a bonus and the price is lower than others who aren't as close, plus deals are made available.
Staff are friendly and helpful!
We’ve used PNF plus for business and personal travel since 1992!
Extremely fast pickup from my car to the airport
Prompt pickup at the parking lot and at the airport terminal.
Relatively good service, although if you ever have a problem checking out, be ware of the office ladies - they are vile and do not like to be disturbed -- which is ironic because it seems like there is ALWAYS something wrong with one of the check-out lanes. I pray every time that my ticket works, the credit card reader works, and the gate works so I can just leave.
I know you do your best, but invariably while waiting at the AIRPORT -- two or three of the other company vans swing by to every one of PNF Plus vans
Very convenient to use
The attendant that was working the morning of the 24th of November at IAH. She was INCREDIBLY helpful and pleasant. We have messed up our online reservation and cleared it up for us.
Convenient and efficient
The easy process to being able to drop ypur vehicle off and picking up relatively quickly is very convenient. Great staff as well
Platinum service is well worth the investment, even without that plenty of available parking
quick pickup and airport drop-off. Just leaving car at the office area and having it running and ready to leave upon return.
