What do you like about our services?

I thought I could scan the QR code on exit. You have my visa credit card. The screen asked for other information: future reservations, frequent user number, etc, but wouldn't let me exit. I tried using the call me feature 3 times but no response. I finally inserted my credit card with no prompts and then got a receipt to exit. I was at that kiosk quite a while trying to leave.

What do you like about our services?

Tried valet for the first time and it was amazing. I usually reserve covered self parking. They had my vehicle running and ready when I pulled up on the van. Great convenience when traveling in a wet and dreary day.

What do you like about our services?

We made a reservation for the day before Thanksgiving. When we arrived, we were directed to our space. The shuttle immediately picked us up!!!

Returning home the day after Thanksgiving was equally fast. Our prepaid reservation let us check out very quickly!!!

Such a pleasure with peace of mind.
