Customer Testimonials
Everything. The entire process was so easy. The employees were soo helpful and kind. The shuttle service was amazing barely a wait to be picked up. The shuttle driver was just the best. The gate attendant was so patient with me while I tried to log in to the app and went over step by step with me. The parking lot was nice and clean and very secure. I was nervous about leaving my car, I had never done that before and everything about it put my mind at ease. I will definitely be using park and fly every trip
Very easy booking process. The shuttle service was flawless! Very seamless process altogether. Will definitely use the service again.
The service is top notch! The drivers are so nice.

Easy. Affordable. Always picked up quickly
Friendly service
Location and price.
Easy drop off and pick up, high frequency of shuttle, courteous drivers, accommodating attendants, generous sized parking spaces.
Drivers where great !!!! And fast and friendly!!
Thank you!
Easy to book and, although the lot was full, there seemed to be lots of room in the covered section.
Quick to and from the airport and your employees are very, very friendly at the MSP park n fly. Have been parking there ( MSP) for years and will continue to do so in the future.
Courteous drivers
Service and convenience was great
Everyone is welcoming, professional, and punctual. I do miss the car wash from years ago but the service is still the best dependable airport service.
Fast efficient and always helpful if there is a glitch
Very efficient! Always curious!
Driver was nice
Very timely
I really want to give zero stars. I went to a park and fly bus and the man said he didnt have any seats left. Then he proceeded to let two people on the bus.
If it wasn't for the black male driver on Friday providing excellent service I would never use Park N Fly again.
Promptness, efficiency and politeness of all your staff
the price is right, the process is pretty efficient - sometimes there are changes made to the entry/exit and it's not always clear if you have not been in a while
Safe and convenient and has a shuttle to airport
The fantastic staff!
convenience. location
Efficient and friendly
Excellent Service always picks us up at our car and takes us directly to the airport. And on the return we do not need to call you because there is always a bus outside the airport waiting no matter what time it is.
I love that the bus comes right to my car within seconds of pulling in. There was also a bus at the pickup place when my flight arrived back in Cleveland.
Help with bags. Rapid Service
Drivers are very friendly and helpful.
