Efficient, courteous, and quick!
Flexibility and kindness
Very professional, easy drive in and drive out! I will not use Parking Spot any more Park N Fly is my new go too! Thank you
Simple to reserve and the convenience of being dropped off and picked up in front of the terminal
I loved the polite drivers and the cost
Kind, professional help from Ric, the assistant manager, and speedy pickup and drop off. One small area that was slightly confusing was pickup. I also hadn’t seen clearly advertised the fact that customers needed to text the number when ready to be picked up from the terminal, but other than that slight oversight on my part, the experience was went smoothly and easily.
Convenient. Everyone from the ticket kiosk to the drivers were friendly, helpful, courteous, and efficient.

Customer Service
It was super easy and fast to get both to and from the airport using the shuttle
Driver and check out person was very personable, helpful. It was nice to be offered a much needed bottle of water on our way out!
The frequency of your vans is nothing short of spectacular. When departing, no one wants to risk missing their flight; after arrival, no one wants to add to an already long day. I was very very impressed and satisfied with my parking experience
Quick and good service.
Service has been great lately. Thanks.
Very friendly and prompt.
Loved that we were picked up right at our car soon after we parked. Then when we returned to Minnesota the bus picked us up right outside the door of lugage pickup and brought us straight to our car.

The only issue I had was waiting for pickup. It took much longer than I expected, I had to text several times and call.
Friendly staff. Reliable

Stress free parking. The parking rates are very good and. I book ahead and scan my entry pass and for the most part I have to wait very little time for the bus to the airport. The employees are very courteous.
