They took "the insecurity" out of leaving my car in a public place and also the fear that that a strange driver might "fail me." The first person I found did not not seem to be very familiar with the operation ("new employee"?) but the shutttle driver came up and intervened, taking me efficiently to my parking place and then delivering me to the correct terminal. After picking up my car when I got home I was uncertain how to get out of the gate. THANK GOD AGAIN THERE WAS A REAL PERSON THERE TO INTERVENE.

Everything went so smoothly. From online reservation and payment all the way to parking.
Also being picked up and taken to my car to driving out went very easy. I will do it again.

I was satisfied with my entire experience. From reserving my space 4 days in advance to my car waiting when I got off the shuttle bus. I had a seemless experience from beginning to end.

Keke was great, when the other bus operator couldn’t wait for me after I called for another ride waiting in the PNF parking lot she apologized provided us with detailed information and got us through traffic fast. I appreciate her kindness and her being professional.
