We got an online deal for staying 8 days. There happened to be a shuttle right there when we parked and after a few more pickups we were quickly bussed to the airport. Drivers are super friendly.

The attendants were so helpful!!! The person in the booth helped with scanning the QR code and the driver helped scrape our car off! It was seamless and the wait for pickup at MDW was minimal!! I will definitely use this service again.

Quick and easy process. I registered and paid online which allowed me to drop off my car and jump on the bus, no waiting. When I returned from my trip, I texted my claim number for pick up and right into my warmed up vehicle as soon as I returned to the lot. No waiting!
Liked the ease of dropping off the car and getting to the airport quickly. We we returned they were already there picking up others and we we got back our car was ready and running. You can’t beat it. We used the valet service.

Easy internet reservations. Good price. Your new gated exit, however, is very awkward and the reason you have it, when you did not in the past, is not clear to me. You have to hang out of the car, or get out altogether, so you can hold the receipt with 2 hands. And if it's raining? There has to be a better way.
