Shuttle service to the airport was hassle-free and the drivers were very patient as we unloaded our luggage from our vehicle. Parking our vehicle was also was easy and free from drama. It felt very safe for long term parking in that area and the onsite staff was very friendly and helpful as a first time Park an’ Fly customer.

As someone who travels several times per month, I really enjoy the ease of booking and reliability (picking me up quickly when departing and returning). Only once did I have to wait a long time for a van. I’ve already recommended to many others. My only two frustrations are the following:
1. On the app, downloading a PDF receipt is impossible. I need this feature in order to submit expense reports to my company. Emailed receipts will not do.
2. On the app again, whenever I look at an upcoming reservation the full auto brightness kicks in. It’s awful and unnecessary. Please turn off this “feature”.
