What do you like about our services?

I was travelling alone with a puppy. Jose, the bus driver was amazing. He helped me with all my luggage, he even put the luggage in my car and waited until I was in the car with it rubbing before he drove away. So caring. Very easy to book online, very easy to get to, park and take the bus. The pick up to get back to your car is also very easy.

What do you like about our services?

So easy to use. It was right by the freeway and close to the airport. I pulled in and parked and walked like 20 feet to get on a bus that took us to the airport quickly. Upon return, I used the app to call the shuttle, and it arrived in under 10 minutes, it took me to get my car and I was quickly on my way home. It couldn't be easier to use and I will always go with them when flying out of SFO due to the ease and speed

What do you like about our services?

I love the service, however my plane was cancelled so I arrived later than expected due to have to find a new flight but I was charged for an extra day for being late by 10 hours. I spent 11 hours in the airport waiting on the only affordable flight available but still got charged for being late. I understand if it was my fault but it was out of my control.
