Customer Testimonials
Very friendly and helpful. did not have to wait long
I think you are doing a great job
Easy in and out. Frequent shuttles so little or no waiting. Friendly people. Close to airport, secure fencing. Perfect off site parking. I’ll use it again and again.
Convenient and fast...
Excellent staff. Good service
The shuttle drivers were very friendly and had a great attitude.
Our driver both ways was extremely HELPFUL and KIND. The clerk as we exited assisted us with accessing the process for prepayment. We downloaded the app and will use ParknFly every time we fly. We liked knowing we had a parking space available and the vans - wow - pick up and drop off at our car. EXCEPTIONAL service. Thank you.
Super convenient
My first experience with ParkNFly was not ideal. However, the company made it right and gave a credit for me to try it again. This time, everything went perfectly. I valeted my car. I was promptly brought to the airport. Upon arrival home, I was picked up within five minutes. Thank you again for the great service.
I love your service
Fast, efficient, friendly service
I like the promptness of being picked up by shuttle., and courtesy of drivers and help with my luggage!
Pick up with van from parking lot very timely with friendly and helpful drivers. Arrival to airport and return to Park N Fly also very timely. Outstanding service --- thank you!
Was very easy and smooth process
First time using the app and prepay with reservation
Easy Internet experience; all of the employees who helped me were wonderful!! A big thank you to Allison who helped me get into the parking lot; Mike who picked me up at the airport and Nancy who checked me out. Thank you so much. I will always use Park and Fly!
Simple, professional, courteous, easy.
Picked up at vehicle, given parking space number ticket, dropped off at terminal. The signage could be better at the terminal, I always follow the ground transportation signs and end up at the wrong area. The hotel shuttles, taxies and busses. Head back into the terminal and go to the Northside then downstairs and out to the Park n fly bus. Hand ticket to driver, get dropped off back at vehicle. Easy and smooth.
