The employees are very cordial and helpful

Friendly and quick service. Did not wait too long to leave Park N Fly or get picked up.
Getting picked up quickly is probably the thing I look for the most in a service. No one wants to wait outside in the cold.

Convenient, gets me to the airport quickly.

Excellent service

Pickup at our car, friendly, helpful drivers, fair price, quick pickup at the airport, dropped right at our car, and assistance if we have car problems.

Convenient and fast

Fantastic attention to detail the Valet service was great. Just need new shocks in your Vans. Wow rough ride!!

We were happy with everything you provided. Drivers nice , battery dead when we returned talked to man attending under cover for help, helping arrived in minutes. Red dodge pickup young man with curly hair and glass showed up happy as can be. He changed what could have a terrible ending to a funny story. On thing. We were dropped at baggage claim. With no clue as to where to go. I don't know if was the driver or airport rules? Still give you 5 out of 5 stars. Happy holidays. The Last name removed's

friendly quick service

Convenient, friendly, quick and easy.
Sounds like I’m describing my old girlfriend

Everyone was very helpful. I was having a bit of a hard time getting my code scanned and a driver ran over to help me. The shuttle was at my parked my spot within seconds of my arrival. There was a bit of a wait on my return from the airport for a shuttle, but I understood that there was a shortage of drivers. My driver (Bashir) was professional and helpful and it was not his fault for the wait. I wasn’t in a hurry and felt bad that a couple of the other passengers were upset. Thank you for everything!

Everything is great from pick up to drop off
We use this place about 5 times a year. Never a problem

Good service

Easy service to use. The shuttle was sitting there ready to take me to the airport and when I arrived back, they were sitting there ready to take me back to my car. Best Shuttle service I have ever used. Thanks!!!

No wait getting to and from the airport.
Presence of a human at check out since I had trouble with the QR code

Staff is incredibly friendly! I was once "forgotten" by multiple drivers who perhaps did not see me ready for pickup to MSP. The driver who did pick me up was upset I waited so long and was trying to get to the bottom of it as he transported just me to MSP because he felt so bad I had waited for 30 minutes! I have always had incredibly kind drivers and that is one of the primary reasons I return time and time again as a customer. I also love the prices and discounts available through online booking. I love that I can park in a garage for an affordable price. I also love the perks of filing tires or jumping a car in the event it needs it upon return. I have recently discovered the great ease of not having to manually extend a reservation and just paying the difference upon exit. That reminds me- I LOVE that I have never had a technology issue upon entry or exit and that truly saves an unexpected delay or headache.

The convenience of the location as well as the cost-saving. I also appreciate how quickly the shuttles arrive.

not a gigantic warren of a parking lot that you get lost in
speedy pickup

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Quick response to questions, problems and pick-ups.

The lady at the exit was so sweet! She took my paper as she saw I was struggling to scan the QR code. I checked out on 11/28 around 4pm.

Friendly staff & the bus arrives very promptly. I like the app that you can reserve & schedule time and on the app you can request pick up service.

Was easy to navigate online.

Low price, convenience, great staff of friendly people. A great service at a great value.
