Quick and easy. Driver was there to pick us up immediately when we parked our car. We were on our way to the airport for drop off just a few minutes later after picking up two more passengers. The driver gave us a card with our parking spot number written on it! Very helpful. Van was not at all crowded. We had the same positive experience when returning. We waited approximately 10 minutes at designated area. Cashier was very friendly when we paid, even received complimentary bottles of water.

Pickup

Friendly team and I'm glad to know they're back to pre-pandemic pick-ups. Once you arrive and park, they've pulled up and are ready to pick you up before you've had the chance to get your luggage out of your car. Some drivers will even get out and get your luggage out of the trunk (not sure if that is what they are expected to do) but most will meet you at the steps of the shuttle and receive your luggage from you.

I had a problem with a pre paid reservation. The agent at pnf told me not to worry about it at check in they would honor my email receipt at check out. I found the email with the bar code and it was taken care if at check out without a hassle.

Busses are always prompt and usually follow me to my car which is great. This is what makes me choose Park n fly.

There are fire ants on the perimeter areas. I packed my car for several days and it was infested inside. This has happened for several times already.
You need to hire company to tread your parking lot!!

Our drivers was excellent, especially the guy who picked us up from MSP and returned us to our car.
IMPROVEMENT needed in your scanning to leave when we had prepaid. The QR code took several tries to lift the exit gate.
Otherwise, all was great!
