Corporate customer service was excellent. I had a parking reservation that I tried to cancel prior to my trip. However, the Park 'N Fly website was not accessible the night I tried to cancel online (perhaps due to maintenance). I forgot to check back until after the reservation. I called the corporate customer service and the representative said she canceled my prepaid reservation and it would be refunded to my credit card. I called back after not seeing any credit card activity after two weeks. The representative said it didn't look like the reservation was actually canceled, so he immediately processed the cancelation and the credit card refund. My credit card almost immediately reflected the pending credit. Although there was a delay in having the cancellation processed correctly the first time, I appreciated the understanding of all the representatives in accommodating my request and quickly resolving the issue. I experienced very short wait times on the phone, and the representatives were professional and empowered to address my needs.

Excellent location and price. What needs to be improved is the assistance in parking. I had to take 2-3 circles to find out the place to park, you should direct/navigate us to the lots which are empty. That way it will be faster for both the PnF Driver and us who are there to park.
