Great service! Very easy to navigate, and our car is always on and ready to go!! Also the bus shuttle is there within minutes.
Close to the airport and an safely store my vehicle in the parking garage while I’m on vacation.
Friendly, helpful attendants on arrival and van drivers.
The helpful van driver who delivered us to our car on Tuesday November 29 around 10 p.m. was OUTSTANDING!! He was patient, attentive, caring and supportive as my disabled wife had difficulty exiting his vehicle. He was wonderful!!

Fast, easy and friendly
Right there to pick you up when you drop off your car and drop you right at your car when you return. No standing at a shelter waiting for a bus!
Both of our drivers were helpful and friendly. Thanks for keeping our ride safe.

Simple and easy
Professional and efficient
Your President/CEO is what I like best! My husband and I ended up in the wrong parking lot upon our return to ATL last night. A gentleman on the shuttle said he worked for Park n Fly and helped us. He helped, he was patient with my husband's frustration, and he was so humble in the process. I looked him up online on our way home and realized that he is actually the President/CEO! Instead of saying, "I work at Park n Fly," he could have said "I run Park n Fly" or "I'm the President/CEO of Park n Fly." But he didn't, and that little thing really struck me. Amazing!
I like the pricing compared to parking at the actual airport. You park, they pick you up in the shuttle right in front of your car and they drop you off by the rental cars at the terminal you fly off. Upon return, they will pick you up at the same spot and drop you off right at your car. I have used this service many times and it never disappoint. Courteous staff and great convenience at a fraction of the price of just parking at the airport where you have to find a place and walk a ways.
