I love that I get picked up at my car and returned to it. I have been using park DIA a couple of years now and have recommended it to a lot of friends and family. It is easy and convenient. A bonus is that the drivers are hands down the best. They are always so nice and friendly. No better way to begin and end a vacation.

We always used executive valet and we have been just as pleased with the park and fly service since the change was made. The shuttle drivers have been especially courteous, efficient and make the trip fun. We totally appreciate having our car warmed up and ready to go when we land on a cold winter's night.

First of all, the facility was very easy to find. My GPS took me right there. The van was ready to take me to the airport, left me at my designated airline. The best part was the return, so easy, made a call, received a text, followed instructions, van arrived shortly after at the airport where I had been designated to stand, driven back to Park "N Fly facility, my car was ready to go. I found the service of Park "N Fly easy, reasonable, and would use them again.

On the negative side, not a fan of the way they have currently tried to set up the flow of self park and valet park. Too me the flow doesn’t make a lot of sense.

Prepaid option when booking.

Negatives; should be able to leave using QR code for prepaid customers rather than wait in line at the cashier line.
We waited 40 min for shuttle. Since the shuttle was full we had to wait another 10 minutes
Lastly, there should be senior or veterans discounts on prepaid screen.
