We like PNF Plus. This time, however, there were so many of us using valet on our shuttle that we weren't attended to until we got to our car. They car was there waiting for us, which is the good thing.

You guys are always quick and efficient and I like that I can track you on mobile app for pick up.

I was disappointed this time because my flight came in 15 minutes late which meant that we didn’t check out until after 12 AM so I got charged on my way out. I’ve never had that happen before.

1.-The app makes EVERYTHING about parking for flights out of MSP very easy.
2.-The automatic Welcome back alert to initiate the return pickup to the PNF lot.
3.-Helpful and friendly employees.
Note: MSP needs to be separated into two locations (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2) to avoid sending the shuttle driver to MSP Terminal 1 when you are actually waiting to be picked up at the HHH (Hubert H. Humphrey) Terminal 2.

Wait for pick up is short. Access to app to be able to call for pick up is convenient.
