What do you like about our services?

I am a regular customer and find the prompt pick up both at the parking lot and airport works well. One thing is the Park DIA shuttles used to pick up at airport at the north end of aisle 3. Now that has changed and last night I was waiting in the worng place and got bypassed by one shuttle until I figured out the new pick up spot. A little notification would have gone a long way.

Some drivers are more helpful and friendly than others. Some help with bags. Some don't. I tip accordingly. A little more consistancy would be nice but bottom line if I get picked up fast thats most important.
