It was very easy to park. A bus came very quickly to pick us up and take us to the airport. Everything about the experience was handled professionally and with the client in mind. I had no worries about having to find my car when I returned, and the bus was there at the airport when I returned even though it was close to 11 PM. I will definitely use your service in the future.

It is easy. They take you to the airport quickly and are prompt to pick you up. There is a van arriving at pickup shortly after one leaves. Friendly drivers and cashiers. Great service.

I waited to write a review until I had multiple experiences. Each time we have parked at Park N Fly we have had great experiences. - Prepay online, scan your confirmation to enter the lot, park , and magically a bus shows up to pick you up and bring you to the gate... and on your return the pick ups have been quick even at rush-hour for our most recent trip. We will definitely be using Park N Fly every time we fly out of PHL.

The promptness of the service, the professionalism of the drivers and the cleanliness of the lot. When I drove in there, I was very pleased and had no problem leaving my car there. This was my first time using the facility and I didn't know what to expect, but I will highly recommend it to anyone.

The drivers were helpful and efficient. They managed to pack the shuttle to maximum when they picked up passengers from terminal C.

Responsive and pleasant van drivers. Not too crazy about drop off in baggage claim area and then long walk to the gates, but that was not your decision. But does work well when you have luggage to pick up on the way out.

Fast and convenient

Dropping our vehicle was super simple and upon our return we couldn't locate our claim ticket. Our driver, Patrick F. was most accommodating in calling in and getting our vehicle started before we arrived back to the lot. At the late hour of our return on December 12th, 2022, this was greatly appreciated! Another woman on the shuttle was greatly annoyed by this and quickly diffused her displeasure. Huge shout out for Patrick F!

The drivers are always courteous. They meet me at the gate as I arrive and point me to the fastest pickup point for parking. Always willing to help with my bags and make sure I have the parking slip so I can find my way back to my vehicle when I'm back from my travels.

I've used the Minneapolis Park 'N Fly many times this past 12 months and will continue to do so for all my future travels, business or pleasure.
