It is so convenient, the shuttles are right there and show up fast at the airport also. We had such a friendly driver, both there and back, he went out of his way to help us with luggage ect and also talked about jumping a car if our battery was dead, a service that is so nice to be aware of. It was easy to book online and everything as expected!

Great pricing, excellent customer service. Shuttles are fast, efficient and extremely friendly. Ease of entry and exit to the facility is great! When you park, a shuttle is usually at your car ready to pick you up and take you to the airport. When you land, you tend to wait only minutes before a shuttle is there to take you to the parking garage. We constantly use ParkDIA.

Price and location
This was my first time using Park ‘N Fly and will forever use it again. When I drove through the gate, there was a shuttle driver directing me where I need t park. When I got out of my car the shuttle was there to pick me up. The driver was nice and friendly. The app is easy to contact a shuttle to pick me up at the airport. The cost for 3 days was $57.48 compared to $38 a day for onsite parking at the airport.

The convenience and promptness of the shuttle. This was my first visit to this particular facility and didn't know how to access the ramp. I had pre-paid for covered access in the ramp and was directed to the surface lot to park and therefore was overcharged

Shuttle drivers were prompt and friendly. When we walked up to the shuttle it was already full, but the driver told us he had already called for another shuttle for us. I really appreciated that and the next driver was there quickly. We did not wait for long. When we arrived the team pulled our vehicle around for us without a wait time. Great and friendly team that made feel welcome in Miami!!!
