Very convenient parking location with efficient and frequent shuttle service to and from terminal. After leaving my car recently for several days of very frigid weather, I needed a "jump" for a dead battery, a small portable jumper was provided and I was on my way in short order. Over the last 12-18 months the wait time for the shuttles (in the ramp and at the airport) seemed excessively long. On our most recent trip that was not the case. The drivers were professional and the wait time was minimal. Thanks

In the beginning we were never sure if the bus was going to show if we cam in on a later flight. But that problem seems to have gone away and so we are confident you’ll be there to get us back to our car.

Easy of entry and exit, we are old school the print out of the bar code worked well on the reader. Also more importantly the driver of the shuttle were timely, respectful, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Drivers were quick to pick me up and get me to the airport quickly. The one on the way there was not helpful with luggage, but the return one was great.

Also -- I had a little confusion with the parking at the exit and the lady attendant was so nice/helpful and even gave me a water bottle. I wish I had her name but she was exceptional.

The courtesy of your staff, everyone was friendly and very accommodating! What I like most was that as we parked our car a bus was waiting right there to take our luggage and us to the airport! Every part of it. The convenience of booking online prior to arrival was great. The ease of checking in and transportation to the terminal and back to the lot and checking out was much appreciated. Pure and simply, I will use this again when I make similar travel plans out of Houston.

I was impressed. The only difficulty I had was making sure which level at the airport to go to and which exit door. The ladies accent was hispanic and my hearing is not too good. Coupled with the background noise in the airport I had a hard time understanding what she was telling me. I also did not get confirmation that she knew which terminal we were at and she did not tell me how long the pick up would take. The lady rang off before I could ask specific questions about how long. Also she did not tell me whether to stand immediately next to the gate or to go to the central kerb.
The driver who picked us up (about 10 minutes) was excellent , very friendly.

Conveniently located. 99% of the time, staff are helpful, friendly and professional. Rates are good.

The shuttles arrive to your car quickly, the driver helps with the luggage and the drop off location at the airport is close to the terminal. Also, when they pick you up afterwards, I've never had to wait any more than 10 minutes or so. The shuttles are also clean and the customer service while entering and exit are always professional.

The pick up is quick and they drop you off by your car. Good prices as well.
