Most of the time the shuttles run timely both for taking me to the airport and picking me up from the airport.
This last visit my wait time (in the lot) was longer than normal. I think 10+ minutes. When the shuttle picked me up it was full. Seemed maybe there weren't enough shuttles running.
But, I arrived at DFW with plenty of time to get checked in and through security.
