Fast and friendly service
AAA and corporate discount rates. Convenient parking and covered parking if wanted. I usually only used covered in winter time. Not much waiting time if any in either direction.
Very easy and convenient. The attendant also helped us when we arrived and checked in. No wait for the transportation to and from the terminal.
All aspects of the service were great. Outbound/departure was easy, and our inbound/arrival service was even better. Would use PNF/Miami again, and will recommend.
Speedy pick up and drop off!!!
Consisitent service, value, loyalty plan
Easy breezy
CARL YOUR VAN DRIVER IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE AND ENSURE A COMFORTABLE RIDE.
Easy and convenient. Shuttle service is quick (most times).
This last time was sub-par. There were not enough buses circling AND my car was not ready upon drop off.
Not the same as usual.
Everything! Ease in reservations, checking in and out. Very prompt pick up at car when arriving and pick up at airport. Shuttle usually is waiting at airport. Won't park anywhere else.
Valet parking and transportation to and back from the airport.
Everything. Easy access. No waiting time for shuttle.
Courteous drivers, great service, great price, private secure lot w/humans always on site! 😊
Quick drop off at the airport. The shuttle was waiting when we walked out the door.
Great and fast service. Easy to make reservations
We like the convenience of making reservations, prepaying, and having great service getting to and from the airport from the park n fly lot where our vehicle safely waits for our return. Shuttles are prewarmed, drivers are friendly and helpful.
customer service
Fast and friendly
It's an easy way to park and catch a shuttle to the airport!
Great experience! There was a bus at the pick-up spot so we didn't have to wait at all. Driver was great. She was very friendly and carried on a pleasant conversation with us and the other passengers. Upon leaving the lot, the cashier was very friendly and even offered bottled water to us. Great touch! Highly recommend.
Your communication was spectacular, your drivers efficient and courteous, and everything was smooth and easy. Thanks!
Excellent service !
Easy online booking, drop off and pick up.
Convenient, friendly drivers
Ez and worth it...had late flight and still no problem. Getting onto to freeway was a little weird, going north.
We were grateful to driver.
easy drop off, short wait for pick up at terminal, vehicle ready to go when we got bags inside. You do a great job. We've been using Park N Fly since the early 1970's.
Very convenient location to airport, easy to book on line, good service on shuttles.
You made traveling easy!
