Customer Testimonials
The price was right, and we hit the bus both directions perfectly. Both drivers were glad to help with our luggage
I appreciate getting an email explaining your holiday discounts that did not work for me. I also appreciate not being charged for another day when I had arrived earlier and returned later than my tight guesstimated times. I appreciate the guaranteed reservation for Platinum Members. My frustrations arise when your website doesn’t work properly for last-minute attempts at a reservation in the past and/or locating my “current” reservation yesterday.
Easy to set up and prompt service to and from airport.
I liked the garage parking!
Quick and attentive with friendly drivers - Patrick F

Prompt pickup and drop off, well maintained shuttles, reasonably priced
App
It easy to park and take the shuttle to the airport. Usually don't have to wait very long. Also, like that I earn free days and get discount offers.
We came out of the airport and the van was waiting for us! it was great!
It's easy to book even I got some problems with the app and password reset.
Thankfully the Customer Service fixed the problem quickly.
The process to park was easy and either the shuttle.
The pick up was as expected and when we arrived the car was parked near the shuttle and ready to go.
Door to door is awesome! Always friendly
I liked the reasonable rates and the indoor covered parking. The parking area looked very secure with monitoring CCTVS and Entry Deterent Fencing.
Everything went so smoothly from the time I booked our spot, pick-up/drop-off were quick, & everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this service again!
Very efficient customer service. Shuttle service was excellent by Anna and the gentleman who took us to the airport. Wonderful warm car ready to go!! Awesome. From reservation to driving away all was excellent. Thank you.

So easy to park and be on the shuttle within a few minutes! Quick pick up on the return end too and we are dropped off right at our car!
Reliable and fast service. There’s a shuttle waiting for you - either at the parking lot or at the airport pickup area - 90% of the time. The other 10%, wait is typically under 10 mins.
The service was quick and easy!
My ride back was an even better experience my driver was very thoughtful and helped me find my car
I loved how easy it was to book, to park, and shuttle to airport and back. Best service ever!!!
Very courteous personnel
Everything.. very reliable.. just a comment on the no heat in the bus coming in after 11pm in December would have been nice to have heat!!
Works like clock work. Arrive - get a ride to terminal within a few minutes- on return called and bus was out front when I walked out. Makes parking while traveling sooo easy:).
