The shuttle drivers picked me up and dropped me off quickly. I can’t remember the driver that dropped me off at the airport but he was super friendly and started a game with all the passengers and made the ride really fun. We always use Park DIA for the convenience and price.

Only indoor parking facility available for OAK. We appreciate the fast pick-up and drop-off. Staff is very helpful each time.

Prompt shuttle service

I forgot an important item on the bus when I got off. By the time I realized it (5 minutes?) the driver had already turned it in to lost and found. The driver, the lady in the payment booth I talked to first, and the lost and found/security guy were all super friendly and helpful.
