Customer Testimonials
Friendly and helpful people. Prompt service.
good prices and location
Fantastic service.
Shuttle picks you up and drops you off right by your car. That’s helpful when it’s cold out or if you have a lot of luggage
Convenience, location, courteous & helpful drivers, choice of indoor or outdoor parking spots—what else can I add. Forgot to include the helpful people at the kiosk when I arrive at 4 am. How they’re smiling at that hour sure helps start my day better.
We love your people and the ease of shuttle services
Prompt and friendly service by personnel and security of vehicle during stay.
Promptness and courtesy service
The service got me to the airport quickly and was very reliable.
I liked that I could book a space online and on my app. I liked that I could either print the QR code or keep it on my app. The arrival was easy as the staffer helped us use the code. He also told us where to park. So that we did not have to go up and down rows. In addition, the shuttle followed us and assisted us in getting our luggage to the shuttle. He gave us a card with our parking number on it. He suggested we take a pic of the card, in case we were to misplace it. He got us to Delta and assisted in helping us with our luggage. We are 75 and 79 respectively, so it was nice to have this care. We are sold on your company, with its care, it’s organization and its facility of use.

Drop off and pick up is easy.
It’s such a simple, efficient process to get to the Oakland airport. No walking from long or short term parking at airport. Once you park there a bus generally picks you up and has you at the airport within 5-7 minutes. Very happy with drivers and service levels

The shuttle service was very quick. The staff at the front gate were helpful and courteous.
The process from start to finish was very simplified. No waiting for the shuttle going or returning from the airport. Overall I was very pleased with the service.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was organized.
Good people. It would have been a 10 if we had not had to walk from the top level covered to the valet pickup area as no one seemed to notice we were ther.
