I would like to suggest for your call cards:
The local call telephone number needs to be much larger, in bold, across the middle of the card.
Very hard to find on the current card in tiny font.
Also, use card stock not the flimsy paper.
Pick up at vehicle is great. Quick and convenient airport parking.

Usually very friendly drivers - sometimes they seem to be new to driving a large van - jack rabbit starts and hard breaking. The one thing that is optically bad for PNF is that when you're waiting at the airport, every other provider seems to have 2-3 vans come around for every PNF bus.

For those of us who make advanced reservations, the check-in and check-out process needs to be improved.
We have used this service numerous times. It is always quick and convenient. This particular time we had a small problem as I got the spot for my daughter. She was there first thing in the morning and waited 45 minutes for a shuttle to take her. They all said that they were full. Again took this numerous times and first time hearing this.
Always a shuttle right at your vehicle to take you to the airport and hardly ever a wait when returning home.
