It's easy, it's close, it works. You don't have to call for a shuttle, they just arrive, and if one's full another is close behind so you don't have to wait more than a few minutes.
Price. Shuttle. Convenience. The one thing that could be improved is the scanner for reading the ticket on a mobile device. Currently it’s positioned in a way that makes it difficult to hold your phone to get it to scan without risking dropping your phone.
Shuttle driver was very nice and on time. Very helpful with our suitcases . After a long trip it was nice to receive help. He also called ahead of time. By the time we arrived at the parking garage our car was waiting.

Very convenient easy to use service. Shuttle service to drop off and pick up from airport was on time and excellent. I could not get self parking option as I was bit late to book but the valet service that I used was excellent. I will use this option again and will recommend too.

Prompt professional service to and from the airport.
But.....When I arrived on Xmas morning they had to valet my truck. Whoever parked it lowered the drive'rs side window down. Apparently, they pressed the window lock button and probably could not raise the window back up. Thankfully they parked under cover but the wind let the rain get inside. When I returned my seat was completely wet as was the interior door and steering wheel. I used clothing from my suitcase to dry off the immediate area and to sit on my drive home.
Other than that - great!

Price is obviously a huge draw, but the ease of use was a huge plus! Parking is secure, the staff are great, and the ability to online book made it one of the quickest in and outs I’ve been had with park n fly type businesses!
